ARA First Quarter Results Review

I recently attended ARA's AGM and had a wonderful experience. Management was upfront, open and candid, that kind that I feel very confident betting my money on. First quarter results came in well as earnings increased by 6%. In the long round, I expect ARA to grow its earnings at around 5% per year or better. ARA has been rewarding shareholders well as seen by their uptrend in dividends. However in the last 2 years there has not been any bonus issue and management is keeping payout at 5 cents per share. Base on today's closing price ARA's dividend yield is close to 3%, decent but not very attractive due to the run up of its stock price.
