Passive Income Update: May 15

Interestingly, there appears to be some subconscious target that’s governing my actions with regards to my portfolio. Although I have never spoken about it, I am trying to keep my portfolio value at around the $200k mark. It’s not totally illogical since if the value exceeds that mark, the market is likely to be doing well and it makes sense to sell at a high (like when I sold my Challenger holdings?) and when I am far away from $200k, it could be a good time to buy, like last month. I have been eyeing Genting for quite some time and sort of missed the boat a few months back when it went below $1.00. After another quarter of unsatisfactory results, the opportunity represented itself again and I bought about 8 lots @$0.935. Despite the capital injection, the stock value only increased by less than one grand. The market continued ......
