Just yesterday, two friends and I visited another friend and her baby. Taking care of baby is tiring so we offered to bring lunch. We could not find the food court in Bedok Mall and since we were in a real rush to find some chicken rice, we went into some random store called Ipoh Lou Yau Bean Sprouts Chicken. We ordered 3 chicken rice takeaway and when the cashier said $25.50, I blinked and looked at my friend. Did I hear her wrongly? We clarified with the cashier and she informed that each chicken rice set is $8.50. WHAT! She informed there were special add on like bean sprouts. HUH? Then what about usual chicken rice set?
