So, I have openly declared my glitzy lifestyle before the self-enlightenment, fueled by a salary that most people hit at 30, when I was 21, savvy parents, and a rich and spendy (then) boyfriend. It was then I cultivated my taste for quality and luxury. Right now, I live a precarious balance between luxury and frugality. In my $1.9 milion condo (though I have a mortgage, of course) I cackle over how my tea costs $0.15 at home rather than $1 outside.
