“Time is money” – Is it really?

They say “Time is money”, but I beg to differ. Time is only money when it is being used wisely to build up your value. Although this value may or may not show immediate results in monetary terms, but I believe that it is essential that we are able to IDENTIFY and DISTINGUISH whether or not the time spent performing certain activities is enriching us or not.
 
 

A sad fact I notice is that most people aren’t able to distinguish or realise that the activities they are engaged in most of the time aren’t even close to adding value to themselves or towards their goal. While saying this, I’m not suggesting that it’s wrong to rest and take time off to enjoy. I believe that can be a really enriching experience as well!
