Portfolio Update – Added ARA & OCBC

Over the last 12 months the STI has lost 13%. STI has also fell from its year high 3500 levels to the current 28xx levels, which is close to a 20% bear attack. If we look at the recent decade, a major market decline seems to happen once every 4 years. 2007- Global Financial Crisis 2011 - European Crisis 2015 - Currently Happening (China/Oil Crisis?) Using common sense, I would take the probability of 2016 being another down year as very low. As a 700 point drop from 3500 to 2800 would be a 20% decline already, I think its very unlikely for the STI to fall another 20% from 2800 to say 2300 in 2016. There's a much higher probability for the market to either stay flat or recover in 2016, as such I see this as a great opportunity to be picking up more stocks on the ......
