Dear investors, the current global stocks markets are not easy to trade and invest; hence one should wait till the US Federal Reserves has their meeting before considering whether to enter into new positions in the stocks markets. The US Federal Reserves should provide the all important clues as to when the next interest rate hike will be. This is something on the radar of most investors. Beside this, some investors are wondering whether there will be a year-end rally next as some fund managers look to “window dress” their portfolios by taking a stake in them. I am not sure whether some investors will also do a “window dressing” now at any chances to improve the performance of their stock portfolio.
