Book Review: Fisher Investments On Energy

There has been many reported news on how the prices of crude oil per barrel has fell or even hit a new low. I own the stock Boustead in my portfolio and thus this made me curious about the energy business. We all know that the energy-related division is Boustead’s second largest revenue contributor. I borrowed the book “Fisher Investments on Energy” from the National Library of Singapore. The book does not focus on oil alone. After reading the book, I found out that there are in fact many kinds of energy in the world. Energy comes in the form of oil, natural gas, solar energy, geothermal and even wind. I also get to know about OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) and Non OPEC. OPEC consists of 13 developing nations whose economies rely on oil export revenues. OPEC includes Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Libya, Nigeria, Algeria, Ecuador, Indonesia, ......
