CCT Annual Report & 5 Years Performance Review

Opened the mailbox to find my first annual report for the year. I have held CCT for close to 2 years while constantly adding to this position, I really do hope to attend the coming AGM on april 13. Over the last 5 years the management has done an amazing job of growing the company, DPU grew from 7.52 cents in 2011 to 8.62 cents in 2015 which is a 14.5% increase over the last 5 years. NAV per share also grew from $1.57 to a high of $1.73, at a slower growth of 10% over the last 5 years but is still pretty decent. Balance sheet wise, the management is prudent and conservative by holding gearing at around 30% over the last 5 years. At this level, CCT has a strong debt headroom of close to 1.3 billion for future acquisitions. I strongly ......
