I have been investing in stocks for quite a long time already. And in the process, I think I have experienced what many retail investors have experienced which include paying tuition fees to the stocks markets ........you know what I mean. Actually, in my opinion paying tuition fees to the markets is okay as long as the tuition fees are not large. I believe many would have experienced sitting on an unrealized loss, refusing to cut one’s stock portfolio loss, only to experience the stock going south more and more till by the time you decide to cut your portfolio loss, you get back minimum from your investments.
When I was a younger investor, I bought a number of speculative stocks which should not have been bought and which should be sold while the investment loss was still okay. I did not “cut loss” and as a result I still ......
