Having suffered some knocks in my investing journey thus far, I feel I am sufficiently experienced enough to share some of the lessons I have learnt with those who are just starting out on their investing journey. Hopefully, you’d avoid the mistakes I’ve made. Of course, there are many different styles and many different routes to Nirvana. These are my general rules, I think they’d apply for almost any type of investing you choose, whether it is bottom up or top down, fundamental or technical, sector specific or geography specific, clever or dumb.
