Are these the cheapest Singapore blue-chip stocks NOW?

In the lead up to the US Elections, global stocks markets have become dynamic as the financial community wrestled with who would enter into the White House. After Donald Trump became elected as the US President, the stocks markets volatility would according to financial experts still persist as the world would not know what President Trump would bring to the world, in terms of his policies. This has led some investors to stay away from the stocks markets and caused others to seek shelter in alternative assets like gold. I believe a number of investors would switch to stocks of good fundamentals like the so-called blue-chip stocks in Singapore’s STI stocks.
