Are these stocks worth a Buy now?

Many expect the US Federal Reserves to increase the interest rate once again as US President-Elect Trump shows the world that he means business both literally and figuratively in his plans for America and the world. The US dollar has since risen to the rate of around $1.41 SIN to $1 US dollar. It has been quite some time since I have seen this rate (as US dollars to Singapore dollars have been hovering around the $1.30+ range for quite some years). With interest rate expected to go up, banking stocks should be the main beneficiaries. In Singapore, we have the three big local bank stocks in DBS, OCBC and UOB stock. Let us pull out some statistics of these bank stocks. In terms of Price-to-book ratio, the ratio for DBS, UOB and OCBC is 0.94,0.96 and 1.01 respectively.
