The Battle of Real Estate Hill

About a year ago, I walked up to one of my rental properties to find the garbage disposal unit sitting in the front yard. I asked the renter about it. He said the disposal unit was broken, so he had it removed from the sink. His explanation failed to address why he decided to use it as a lawn ornament.
