Hello, readers! 2016 is coming to a close, and while the year hadn’t been too fortunate for me overall, I am glad to have made it out stronger as I reviewed my life priorities. Credits: Image source Learning musical instruments was one of my more costly hobbies, with me taking up the violin back in secondary school. Fees for the violin lessons were shared between me and my parents, as they wanted me to take initiative and responsibility for my learning process. Along with the freedom I was granted, I am grateful to my parents for allowing me to take charge of my life from an adolescent age. This might seem fickle-minded to some, but during this year, I have decided to learn the piano. Definitely not an ideal decision considering how I am still a full-time student.
