CW: Why do I need to submit Medisave form as I am paying total cash! Insurance: First 10% of medical bill is deducted from Medisave first and only 90% is reimbursed. CW: I know! No problem. I am 62 yrs old uncle living in HDB heartland who has achieved financial independence @ 56 and finally retired @ 60 from full-time job as employee on 1 Oct 2016.
