So Mr Macron will face off Ms Le Pen in the second round of the French Presidential elections. And from the media reporting, it seems many are anticipating a Macron’s win which should be good for the stocks markets according to what many also think.
This reminds me of the Trump vs Hillary contest in the Nov 2016 US Presidential Elections. Even just before the polling day, many think Hillary will win. Will history repeat itself for the French elections with the less conventional Le Pen winning like Trump in the US elections? As a veteran investor, I am always of the thinking that the ball is round.
