M1 stock closed today (28 Apr 2017), unchanged at $2.17. It has been reported that a number of foreign firms including a Chinese mining company has expressed interest in M1 and hence investors who lap up M1 stock now might want to buy into news and speculating of a good exit offer. DBS Vickers in its 28 Apr 2017 report has upgraded M1 stock to a BUY with a higher target price of $2.54. The report also estimated that an offer price if an acquisition is to take price would be in the price range of between $2.23 to $2.74.
