On the Singapore stocks markets, there are currently 10 stocks which are trading below a Price-to-Book ratio of less than 1 (i.e. undervalued) and are almost debt free (with a maximum debt-to-equity ratio from 0.02% to 0.1%). The list of the ten stocks ranked from the stock with the lowest to highest debt-to-equity ratio is below. 1. China Environmental Resources Group Limited 2. Khong Guan Limited 3. Noel Gifts International Ltd 4. InnoTek Limited 5. Koyo International Limited 6. AP Oil International Limited 7. LTC Corporation Limited 8. Lung Kee (Bermuda) Holdings Limited 9. Progen Holdings Limited 10. Hupsteel Limited Not surprising, these ten stocks are not the stocks which an investor will see on the top volume list of SGX regularly.
