Investing in real estate, albeit involving large capital sums, is most idiot-proof among most investment. One does not need to have knowledge in reading company reports and its businesses. Everyone has a roof, be it own or rent. They learn from their parents and subsequently grow into it themselves.

I’m sure the older folks have shown they have done it through property investing without much knowledge, long before the name of Warren Buffet hits our shore with his buy and hold. The older folks buy their roofs and keep them. Sure as night comes day, the prices rise. REITs less complicated? Ask the Sabana shareholders!
