WHAT THE STI SAYS ABOUT THE SINGAPORE STOCKS MARKETS?

Dear readers, as shared in the previous post, one of the biggest constituent stocks of STI, DBS has been making quite some bearish stock movements. But for what the Singapore stocks markets may perform, it may be good to look at the STI ETF which is tracking the STI. Looking at the technical charts of STI ETF, the 20-Days-Moving-Average of STI has already crossed below the 50-Days-Moving-Average on 12 Sep 2017. Currently, both the 5-Days-Moving-Average and the 20-Days-Moving-Average are already crossing down with the 50-Days-Moving-Average, 100-Days-Moving-Average and 200-Days-Moving-Average still having positive gradient. We know that a stocks market correction will in the form of technical charts takes some time to form. We will note whether the gradient of the 50-Days-Moving-Average will be the next to turn south.
