I was recently reminded of how it all began...
I'd actually forgotten about it.
Why I left my job, why I thought about "early retirement", why I tried to accumulate a large AUM to dump my job to be financially free.
Ok I'm not entirely financially free yet. But I was reminded about how I thought about it and how it all began.
I was around 27 years old in my old job. It was getting boring and I was wondering if this was all there was to life. I mean like... that's it? This deary corporate drone life? That's all there is to it? Work, go home, work, go home?
So that's when I first left my job to pursue other opportunities... So I did some sales related work with ERA and Prudential for 2 years. I wasn't good at it, I can't sell stuff if I don't believe in the product so... And ......
