My Investment Portfolio (January 2018)

STI ended the first month of 2018 at around 3533 points, as markets started the year with a bang. However, there seems to be some selloff near the end of the month as most markets continue to record new highs. I will be positioning my portfolio more defensively going forward since the risk of a major correction is now very much higher than last year.

For this month, I have attended the following AGMs/EGMs/briefing - Frasers Commercial Trust, Frasers Centrepoint Trust, Chew's Group, Frasers Centrepoint Limited and Casa Holdings.

For my top 30 holdings, Tat Seng maintained its decent performance as it continued to move up the list before its full year result announcement next month. Other big movers include Venture, SGX and CapitaLand. Old Chang Kee and Isetan were some of the laggards in the list.
