STI ended the month at around 3319 points, up a bit from last month. It had been an extremely volatile month, with trade war and a new set of property cooling measures on Singapore residential properties being in the news. Property stocks were sold down across the board though they somewhat regained some ground towards the end of the month.

For this month, I have attended the following AGMs/EGMs/briefing - SingPost, Azeus, Yoma, Vard, Asiatic, Bukit Sembawang Estates, Singapore Shipping, The Hour Glass and GP Industries.

For my top 30 holdings, Wheelock Properties is a new entry in the list, after its controlling shareholder makes an offer to buyout its minority shareholders. Main movers include Hotel Properties and other stocks with Orchard Road asset exposure which benefited from the Wheelock Properties buyout offer.
