Good news for those who are seeking to get higher interest on their savings. Singapore savings bond is now at 2.01% for first year and continues to increase thereafter. Here's the interest payment schedule for the December SSB at a glance: Singapore savings bond is a capital guaranteed plan and there is flexibility to sell the bond every month where you will get back your capital and any accrued interest. There is no price movement for SSB so you will definitely not lose any money for this. Just take it as a savings account with good interest and no risk.
