It price have been rallying non stop to $1.38 and when it retraces to $1.32, i took the opportunity to grab it.

I might buy more further if its price gets lower or remains the same price I bought.

I will be looking at Mapletree Industrial Trust & if the price is right for me, i will buy it.

For now, is to build up ammo for the next purchase.
