Days of austerity and reflection

This has been a month of introspection and reflection for me.

During the summer holidays I went on a trip with my housemate and her Son and her friends (all families). I wouldn’t say I really enjoyed myself – water theme park, being in a house full of kids and toddlers. It cost me quite a bit of money (but really, it was because I didn’t enjoy myself lol, it also made me question if I would ever want to have kids) Because of this unplanned spending I am cutting back on my already bare minimum allowance just to make up for that expense. Before the need to cut down, I had about 250usd for food. Now I’m trying to clear the “debt” of 450usd for about 4 months or 110usd monthly. That gives me 140usd for food and entertainment.
