Yeap, we all know it’s going to be expensive to raise a child.
I mean, c’mon, you’re basically providing for another human being, from scratch.
But it really makes you wonder seeing how the rising cost of living and therefore, raising a child, is one of the main factors leading to Singapore’s low fertility rate.
You know what’s the fertility rate we’re supposed to have if we want to be able to replace our previous generation? 2.1 children per woman.
