Trading is frequently viewed by many as a stressful activity that involves countless hours of detailed analysis of charting patterns and financial data. This was also the expectation I had when I enter trading and it had a negative impact on my profit and loss as I was over-analyzing and second-guessing my trade setups. This continued until I reached a breaking point and was desperate to find out what was wrong, I went through all my past trades to see what worked and began to devote more time and focus on those setups. By doing so, Trading started to be somewhat enjoyable and less stressful.
