Trading is frequently viewed by many as a stressful activity that involves countless hours of detailed analysis of charting patterns and financial data. This was also the expectation I had when I enter trading and it had a negative impact on my profit and loss as I was over-analyzing and second-guessing my trade setups. This continued until I reached a breaking point and was desperate to find out what was wrong, I went through all my past trades to see what worked and began to devote more time and focus on those setups.
