Sold my 10,000 shares of AIMS APAC REIT on 03 Feb at $1.46.
Total profit of $1152.69 (8.4%) in 4 months.
Reason for selling:
1) Wuhan virus
Seem like the virus will get worst and this will impact the global stock market.
2) PB 1.07
NAV $1.37 as of 31 Dec 2019
Seem like there is room for this to drop.
