Quick comments on Eagle Hospitality Trust’s Q4 results

Since I had previously traded in EHT and made a quick buck, I thought it would be interesting to revisit the numbers in their latest announcement to see if my decision to exit was a fair choice in hindsight. My cursory research was done simply using the announcements and other online write-ups. Mind you, this is while chilling in Mexico ???? so I didn’t intend to really dive down into the details. Someone somewhere on the internet is going to provide you with the more mundane, but still useful, detailed metrics like the line-by-line variance between actual to the IPO prospectus forecast, etc., but that’s not why you read this blog right? You’re here for the fun stuff! Anyway, let’s get into it.
