I had 2 (single) friends visit the M showflat recently. It was their maiden showflat tour, and of course, I was eager to find out what they thought of it. To my surprise, I was faced with glum expressions when I met up with them post-visit. “Was it that bad a project?” They shook their heads. “We never knew how much cash we needed as downpayment!!” That sounds about right.
