Is CapitaLand Mall Trust A BUY?

On 12 October 2017, I wrote an article about CapitaLand Mall Trust (CMT) Why I think CapitaLand Mall Trust is an awesome investment The price at that time was $2.05 and the expected dividend yield was 5.46% 2.5 years has passed. 30 June 2019, CMT reached a high of $2.74. And on 22 May 2020, the price is around $1.85. (I wrote this post on 22 May) I always have a soft spot for REITs. I bought many of them in 2008 when not many people knew much about them, so the yields were really attractive. One of my favourite REIT is CMT. Simply because, it's all around Singapore. It's everywhere, we all use it. Most likely we will go to a CapitaLand Mall once a week... I personally think it's probably one of the most "idiot proof" stable...
