My portfolio market value exceeded $100,000 in Dec 2017 (Link). As of today, my portfolio market value is at $151,272 (Excluding CPFIS shares).   Sasseur Reit released their Q4 and FY18 result this evening. Since they only IPO-ed in Mar 2018, so they are like Primary 1 student getting their 2018 report book.
