On Thursday, SGX broke the resistance at $7.27 and closed at $7.29 with HIGH volume of 4.95 million shares traded.

A long lower shadow occurred. This is typically a bullish signal (particularly when it occurs near a low price level, at a support level, or when the security is oversold).

Three white candles occurred in the last three days. Although these candles were not big enough to create three white soldiers, the steady upward pattern is bullish.

Both RSI & MACD are bullish though RSI already in overbought region.

Important Resistance of SGX: $7.41

Immediate Support of SGX: $7.27

Currently prices are well above 20/50/100/200 days MA.

Prices broke the critical resistance at $7.27 with high buying pressure today but only closed slightly higher than the important level.

Due to the overbought situation, we would advise to sell once $7.27 …

On Wednesday, Wilmar re-test the critical support at $5.76 and closed at $5.71 with LOW volume of 5.11 million shares traded.

A doji star occurred (where a doji gaps above or below the previous candle). This often signals a reversal with confirmation occurring on the next bar.

Both RSI & MACD are bullish though RSI in overbought region.

Important Resistance of Wilmar: $5.76

Immediate Support of Wilmar: $5.59

Currently prices are well above 20/50/100/200 days MA.

For the past 3 trading sessions, prices have re-test the critical resistance at $5.76 but failed to break though this level.

The resistance at $5.76 is expected to be strong.

Since the Wilmar already in overbought region, thus we would advise not to buy the stock now. Moreover bulls are having issues in breaking the resistance at $5.76.

Investors following CSE Global will have known about its profit guidance announcement on 6 Feb. Not much information has been disclosed yet from CSE and we will have to wait till its result briefing sometime late Feb.

But first, some thoughts from my side.

In its profit guidance, this was what CSE Global has announced:

“The Board of Directors of CSE Global Limited (“CSE”) wishes to announce that CSE is expected to report a profit which is less than advised in our November 2011 Results Announcement in which it was stated that,

“CSE is confident that despite the turbulent world economic situation its 4Q2011 performance will be better than 3Q2011 and 4Q2010”.

In Q4 2011 CSE has been adversely affected by the fact that several of our customers were late in providing approval for …

First REIT announced its FY 2011 results on 26th February 2012 and I’m pretty impressed with the results.

The gross revenue increased 78.4% from $30.3 million in FY2010 to $54.0 million in FY2011. The distributable amount more than doubled at 105.8% from the previous year. This is due to the divestment gains from Adam Road property and first-time contributions from two new hospitals in Indonesia (Mochtar Riady Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Siloam Hospitals Lippo Cikarang acquired in December 2010) and one new hospital in South Korea (Sarang Hospital acquired in August 2011). The latest distribution per unit 7.01 cents and this gives a yield of 9.1% (using today’s closing price of $0.77). This is commendable as the distribution has beat Singapore’s inflation rate of …

On Friday, Kepcorp trend downwards and closed at $10.57 with HIGH volume of 8.82 million shares traded.

During the past 10 bars, there have been 6 white candles and 4 black candles for a net of 2 white candles. During the past 50 bars, there have been 30 white candles and 17 black candles for a net of 13 white candles.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish as MACD perform a “cross down” recently.

Important Resistance of Kepcorp: $10.85

Immediate Support of Kepcorp: $10.30

Currently prices are supported by 20 days MA at $10.30.

For the past 3 trading sessions, there has been heavy profit taking as investors sell on the overbought market.

The support at $10.30 is expected to be strong.

It would not be feasible to buy on the overbought market now thus we suggest selling if vested once $10.30 …

Uncle8888 loves to keep mistresses!

As of today, he has joys, fun and saddness with a total of 56 different types of mistresses. 30% of mistresses finally ate his money. Many of them have no mercy and took away lots of his money. Two notorious bad women took away every single cent from him and then they disppeared forever and leaving behind two pieces of toilet papers to remind him of the shit that he has done.
