  • Markets have priced in alot of bad news
  • Valuations look attractive
  • Asia is the place to be (5 out of 6 presenter mentioned Asia)
  • Singapore Reits’ yield is very attractive
  • Do not get carried away if there are upswings (only 1 presenter said that)
