    hi,

    with regard to the article by wilf, just to share with u (and readers) that with the implementation of the representative notification framework by the monetary authority of singapore, no representative shall refer to himself or herself as a licensed representative with effect from november 26. 2010. all representatives shall be known as appointed representatives.
