Blog posts piracy

Recently, many of my friends have notified me about a particular blog. Upon visiting the blog, I have noticed my old posts being snatched and used without my permission. The blog name is called "Passive Cashflow Seeker"  I kindly tried to tell the owner of the blog to take my posts down, but there was no reply and the comment section was disabled.

Here are just a few posts that were copied directly from my blog:
