I used to run everyday. I'm sure many of you know it's a great way to stay in shape and remain healthy.
So I used to run around 5km everyday in the evenings with my neighbour.
Even though I had a knee pain from my NS days, I continued to run. I mean, it's just a light knee pain right? I've been used to it for the past 15 years or so, it only affects me when I land my feet wrongly or when I run more than 4km, so I didn't bother too much about it.
The specialist advised me to undergo surgery, I declined cos it doesn't affect my daily life unless I do strenuous activities so I didn't see the real need to do it.
One day, I don't know why, it dawned upon me that I should stop running. I'll be needing this knee for the next 40+ years at...
