Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited (B61.SI) is a property holding company that is listed on the Singapore Exchange. Bukit Sembawang started it's humble beginning as a rubber company back in 1911 before transitioned into a property developer in the 1950s. In 1968, Bukit Sembawang was incorporated in Singapore as a public listed company focusing on property development and investment. Bukit Sembawang is one of the pioneers company we have in Singapore and over the years they have built more than 4000 homes across different locations in Singapore.
