The only excitement in October was probably the IPO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT where i gave it a 3 Chilli Ratings and the poll results prior to the close of the IPO was as follows:

Other than that little bit of excitement locally, the more "exciting" part was the travel to Hong Kong for work and the room prices of hotels in prime Central and Admiralty area going for a "steal". Hong Kong will be going into a recession for 2019 because of all these protests and tourism will plunge to a new low.
