If you have not gotten the memo, all Singaporeans are now eligible to register for CHAS and stand to enjoy medical subsidies at participating CHAS GP and dental clinics. 
From November 2019 onwards, the new Green CHAS tier was introduced for the benefit of middle to high income earners with chronic conditions. Additionally, the medical benefits for the existing Blue and Orange CHAS tiers have been enhanced. 



Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS)  The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) allows Singaporeans to enjoy subsidized treatment for common illnesses, chronic health conditions and dental issues at GP and dental clinics. 

The type of CHAS card that one may receive depends on the household monthly income per person (for households with income) or the annual value of home (for households with no income).
