The 10-years interest rate is still at an unattractive all-time low of 1.71%. Despite the outbreak of COVID-2019, my portfolio is still doing well the last I checked. The market did not come dip much at the moment and I think valuation is still high to enter at the moment. 
Japan and Korea only just started to witness community spread of the virus so we are still in early stages of the crisis. The economy is slowly bleeding and we don't know how know it would last.
