Information Anxiety: Tuning out the noise

This will be quick post, because, you know, otherwise this would be awkwardly paradoxical. Everything, everyone is on overdrive. Markets have been on a crazy run-down the last month. Banks have been busy doing share buybacks, Feds have been hard at work, bloggers have been churning out articles after another in rapid succession. In the midst of busyness, especially in this era of ultra-connectivity, lots of information get unwittingly thrown at us. It is easy to get overwhelmed by all the information. This post is then a timely reminder for us to tune out unnecessary noise, that's its okay to not read every piece of news article. It's OK to not check the markets everyday, because hey, it's gonna keep going down over the short term. With information overload comes information anxiety.
