SRS Portfolio update – 28 March 2020

The "losses" has narrowed this week but i don't think the market correction is over yet. It will take many more months.
If you want to buy any stock, make sure you are buying the "cash flow positive" or "debt free" counters that are well positioned for this crisis.
Avoid companies that have negative cash flows or have high leverage on its balance sheet.
I initiated another 50,000 shares in Starhill REIT this week at 39 cents. The market (on the whole) recovered mid week before selling down again.
It is interesting that my US positions have "broken even" while my SG positions are still languishing. I should probably divert my attention there ^_^ if not for the fact that i can only use SRS on local stocks. My cash balance is $83,396 as of this weekend.
