TLDR? To invest in bonds, always ask the following questions: “Why are they issuing the bonds? (As opposed to a bank loan)” “How did they set the interest rate?” “What are they going to use the bond money for?” “Is this company successful in deploying money into investments?” “What’s the future prospects of the company?”

That is a metric ton of money.

Hey everyone, here is where we start getting into the real meat and begin introducing some context that will eventually allow the learning of how we can analyze investment instruments.
