This post is going to be some quick updates of my life. Overall, I think things are good.
1. End of the tunnel
The challenging engagement ended about 2 weeks ago. It was a relief to the whole team, but at the same time, it could have ended in a better way. So we felt we could have done many things better.
We had a wrap-up session, where everyone summarized the learning etc, and we moved on.
However, immediately afterwards, there was a clear drop in the team's morale. I just couldn't help noticing it. What's worse, it was not only the members. Leaders were included too. I was included as well.
I guess we were all tired and at the same time, rethinking how we could best add value to our clients. And what came with that was a drop in confidence
