Portfolio And Blog Update – Sep 2020
By Derek  •  October 16, 2020
Keppel DC REIT has been added into the STI Index. This is a positive news since it is my largest shareholding after I sold off Hong Leong Finance. On the flip side, the dividend yield will likely to be low at this price point. I performed a few transactions recently:
  1. Sold off Hong Leong Finance
  2. Purchase DBS and OCBC
  3. Subscribe to DBS and OCBC Scrip
  4. Apply for IREIT Global Rights
You can read more about it here.
Lazy Man Portfolio 2020 Portfolio as of Oct-2020 StocksCafe is still tracking Hyflux and Eagle but I have removed them because they are listed as suspended in SGX and I am not expecting to get any money back.
