Similar to normal stocks, there are different sectors for SREIT. For me, I have classified it into 6 sectors, which are Retail, Office, Healthcare, Hospital, Industrial and Logistics. For the industrial sector, different people would classify it differently. For instance, most would consider logistics and industrial as one sector.
