It's the end of 2020 hence I think it's a good time to look at the performance of the various districts in the past year and see which are the districts on the top of the list with regards to the growth of $psf transacted based on data from the past one year. Let's start off from the bottom of the list. 1. District 28 (Seletar, Yio Chu Kang) First off the list is D28. It must be a tough year for those who are looking for price appreciation in this district as the r coefficient for the trend line is -0.39. Might be a good year for buyers who are looking to buy the private properties in this district for own stay though.
